Elst, 18th June.
I had a good sleep and today Elly ad Hans took me to the market in Arnhem.
It was lots of fun as you will see on the photos.
Later we went to an indoor shopping mall ( like Bayfair)
There are supermarkets and other shops etc.
The new one I hadn't heard from was C1000 ( it's a supermarket)
It is really "luilekkerland" which means something like that movie of "charlie and the chocolate factory", because the supermarkets have a HUGE selection of licorice, deserts, and loads and loads of ready made things. You really drool over it when you see what you can get here., not only vanilla custard, but all the flavours, and not just in small containers, no, in 1 litre cartons.
In the afternoon, we all had a nap and I slept 1 hour, must have been tired again. Elly also had a rest.


Tonight Elly made meatballs and andive stamppot( mash), which is a very typical Dutch dish.
It was 22 C today, lovely and mild.
