MORE OF PRAGUE

Hey friends and readers,

More views of Prague today and last night I took some photos of night scenes.

Yesterday I went to the museum of communism and that was very sobering.

A movie too and it showed the revolution of the people in 1989.

That evening me, the girl that works in the office, Dana and an other guest went out for dinner together and afterwards we went to do some night photography and a lot of buildings are lit up.

Also went to a concert in a cathedral, classical; concert. The Moldau music of the 4 seasons by Vivaldi was also played. Very good sound in the cathedral.

It looked really nice.

Today I went on a sighteeeing tour with a small bus and it went around the old town, and the " new" town( which is 800 years old) and the casle and the cathedral. We saw the changing of the guards, a bit like the London chanfing of the guards, with music and pomp and ceremony.

All very interesting, then to the old Jewish ghetto and saw 2 very old synagogues.

At night, people walk through the streets getting drunk, and making lots of noises.

I am in the heart of the city, 5 minutes from Charles bridge. I have double glazed windows so when they are closed usually I can't hear the noise, sometimes, but not a lot.

I find the people generally here a bit staunched, and generally I found the people ( so far) in Europe not so friendly, not like we have in NZ.

I went up the astronomical clock tower, where there was also a fantastc view. Every hour, the " apastles" "appear", a bit like the " clockenspiel" in Munich.

I have some more photos to put on but today I too heaps, but that's not coming on the page topday.

I had ( soprry people) KFC for dinner last night. It was easy and cheap.

The day before I went to the main square and had MC Donalds for lunch, also easy and you know what you get.

Tonight I will have stroganoff, and more Czech's traditional food.

PS Thiis stupid blogspot did thiss spacing out just by itself, I cannot change it, this is so stupid, I might have to change blogspot to something else, any ideas you guys??????
