Hi friends and readers of my blog,

I had a good sleep at this new place with my newly discovered rallies.
I really enjoy it here. I feel at home and I feel I have come home.
Whether you like it or not, Holland is my home and I feel very patriotic at the moment.
Maybe that's because the soccer Europe cup is on, because all the houses are decorated with orange flags and Holland flags. it made me think it was the Dutch queens birthday, but it is only because it's the soccer euro cup tournament.

Well , today, Hans and Elly took me to a nearby village that has a totally in tact old castle.
At that castle they filmed a tv series " Floris" , with Rutger Hauer, a famous Dutch actor.

It is a beautiful warm day and everything looks so lovely and green.

I will just add some photos so you get the picture of what I saw today.
After we came back I had a nap and slept for 1 1/2 hours. That was good.
Then Elly and I walked to Albert Hein supermarket and I was enjoying seeing all the things we don't have in our supermarkets.
We then had a bread with croquette and some chocomel for lunch.( all the dutch kiwi's can drool now)

Cheers for now,
Marianna.
